At BG Hair Co, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our hair products and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, worn, altered, colored, cut, washed, installed, or removed from its original packaging.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the length, texture, lace size, color, and quantity.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
