Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

BG Hair Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, BG Hair Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
